Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 red apples (like Pink Lady, Honeycrisp, or Gala), peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 Tbsp real maple syrup (divided)
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F and lightly spray the basket with non-stick spray.
  2. Peel and core the apples. Cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the apple cubes with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon until well coated.
  4. Place the coated apple cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer for even cooking.
  5. Air fry for about 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. The apples should be golden brown outside and tender inside when done.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and toss gently with another tablespoon of maple syrup before serving warm.
