Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 3 slices turkey turkey bacon (crumbled)
  • Block of cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Cooking oil spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine leftover mashed potatoes, crumbled turkey turkey bacon, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Take a scoop of the mixture, flatten it into a disk, and place a cheese cube in the center. Mold the mixture around the cheese to form a ball.
  3. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with breadcrumbs combined with Parmesan. Coat each ball first in flour, then egg mixture, followed by breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F. Place the balls in the basket in a single layer and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  5. Cook for about 4 minutes before shaking the basket gently and spraying again if necessary. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
