Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15.25 ounces) sweet corn, drained
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 6 flour tortillas (burrito size)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, black beans, sweet corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning; mix well.
- Place about 1 cup of filling in the center of each tortilla. Fold sides in and roll tightly.
