Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a greased muffin tin with liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
