  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 810 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil, lightly spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds. Mix it with salsa, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, colby jack cheese, green onion, and cilantro until well combined.
  4. Take about 3 tablespoons of the mixture and place it on each tortilla about an inch from the edge. Roll up tightly and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
