- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 48 ounces marinara sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook spaghetti until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté onion for about 2 minutes. Add ground beef, cooking until browned; then drain excess grease.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
- Mix in ¼ cup Parmesan cheese followed by cooked spaghetti until well coated.
