  • 46 slices of high-quality turkey
  • 8 slices of Gruyère or Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise. Layer the bottom halves with two slices of cheese followed by the turkey, then add another slice of cheese on top before closing.
