- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing seasoning
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- BBQ sauce (to taste)
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts, minced garlic, vinegar, and seasonings into the slow cooker.
- Pour enough BBQ sauce over the chicken to coat it well.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Shred the cooked chicken using tongs or forks and mix thoroughly. Add more BBQ sauce if desired.
- Fill each flour tortilla with shredded BBQ chicken and sprinkle generously with cheese before rolling tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
