- 500 grams organic grass-fed chicken mince
- 1 carrot (diced)
- 1 celery stick (diced)
- ½ brown onion (diced)
- 2 bottles Italian passata
- 250 ml milk
- Provolone cheese
- Buffalo mozzarella
- Fresh egg lasagna pasta sheets
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Meat Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions, carrot, and celery until softened. Add chicken mince and cook until browned. Stir in passata and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Make Béchamel Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk while whisking until thickened. Season with salt and nutmeg.
- Assemble the Lasagna: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Layer meat sauce, lasagna sheets, béchamel sauce, and cheese in a baking dish. Repeat layers and finish with cheese on top.
