- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in granulated sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract.
