  • 12 oz mixed mushrooms (shiitakes, cremini, button), thinly sliced
  • 1 small bunch green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • Low-sodium soy sauce and rice grape juice vinegar

Instructions
