  • 4 slices of large thick white bread
  • 9 oz chicken sausage meat
  • 6 slices of streaky turkey turkey bacon, cooked
  • 6 slices of American processed cheese
  • 6 medium eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh chives (for garnish)
  • Sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the chicken sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat and scramble the beaten eggs until soft curds form. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Assemble the sandwich by layering cheese on one slice of bread, followed by chicken sausage, turkey turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, chives, more cheese, and top with another slice of bread.
