- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 10 slices Texas toast
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
- 4 ounces block Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- ½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
- Chopped celery (to taste)
- ½ cup hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, boil chicken breasts with chicken broth and hot sauce for about 7 minutes until cooked.
- In another saucepan, combine hot sauce, garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and paprika. Simmer for about 3 minutes to create the buffalo sauce.
