- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup milk

- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 bag (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 11.36 oz box of cheddar bay biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and herbs de Provence. Mix well.
- Gently fold in cooked chicken and mixed vegetables.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions by combining it with cold water and shredded cheese.
