- 3 red bell peppers (chopped)
- 1 sweet onion (chopped)
- 2 poblano peppers (chopped and deseeded)
- Few tablespoons avocado oil
- 10 ounces heavy cream
- 8 ounces white queso (cut into chunks)
- 1 can of Rotel (8 ounces)
- American cheese slices
- Slider buns
- Garlic aioli
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Your favorite beef rub
Instructions
- Form the ground chuck into a large patty slightly larger than your slider buns, season generously with beef rub, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté chopped red bell peppers, onion, and poblano peppers in avocado oil until softened. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, warm heavy cream over medium heat; whisk in queso until melted and smooth. Stir in Rotel, seasoning as needed.
- Cook the burger patty on medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side; add sautéed veggies and American cheese to melt before removing from heat.
- Toast slider buns until golden brown and spread garlic aioli on each bottom bun.
- Assemble sliders by placing the cooked patty on the bun and drizzling with warm queso.
