  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup yellow onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Pickles (finely diced for garnish)
  • Tomatoes (finely diced for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, hamburger seasoning, salt, and pepper until beef is browned and onions are softened (about 8–10 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  3. Reduce heat to low; stir in heavy cream, cream of mushroom soup, and Velveeta cheese until melted (about 5 minutes).
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet; toss to combine until pasta is well coated.
  5. Top mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake in preheated oven for 5–8 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with finely diced pickles and tomatoes before serving.
