Ingredients

For the Casserole:
1 bag (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli (no need to thaw)
3 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper

Optional Add-Ins:
1 lb ground beef or turkey, cooked and drained
1 cup baby spinach
½ cup ricotta cheese (for extra creaminess)
Chopped basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Layer the Ingredients
Spread about 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared dish.
Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
Top with another 1 cup of marinara sauce and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with ¼ cup Parmesan cheese and half the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Step 3: Repeat the Layers
Layer the remaining ravioli, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper on top.

Step 4: Cover and Bake
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 5: Uncover and Finish Baking
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve
Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped basil or parsley if desired.
Slice, serve, and enjoy all that cheesy goodness!

Notes

No Need to Thaw – Use frozen ravioli directly; it will cook perfectly in the oven.
Extra Creamy – Dot a few spoonfuls of ricotta between the layers for extra richness.
Add Meat – Browned ground beef, turkey, or Italian sausage make it even heartier.
Freshen It Up – Add a handful of fresh spinach for a pop of color and nutrition.
