  • 12 oz bright pink candy wafer melts
  • 4 oz white almond bark

Instructions

  1. Heat treat the cherry chip cake mix by microwaving it in two intervals of 30 seconds, stirring in between. Let it cool.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth using a handheld mixer.
  3. Combine the cooled cake mix with the cream cheese until well blended.
  4. Chill the mixture covered in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop out portions of the chilled mixture and roll into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Melt candy wafer melts in intervals until smooth; coat each cheesecake bite.
  8. Drizzle melted white almond bark over the coated bites.
  9. Chill again until ready to serve.
