  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 30 ounces jarred Alfredo sauce
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly spray a baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles in salted boiling water as per package instructions; drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. In the baking dish, layer: Alfredo sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, more Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat twice more.
  5. On the last layer of noodles, pour remaining Alfredo sauce and top with remaining cheeses.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes; remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
