  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly oil it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Measure out the required amount.
  3. Stir in peanut butter, olive oil, and vanilla until combined; then add almond milk, coconut sugar, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  6. If desired, fold in dark chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool on a wire rack for about 2-3 hours before slicing.
