- 1/2 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly oil it.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Measure out the required amount.
- Stir in peanut butter, olive oil, and vanilla until combined; then add almond milk, coconut sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
