Ingredients
- 8 oz shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup chopped pickled banana peppers
- 3 tbsp zesty dressing
- 4 oz deli-sliced turkey
- 4 oz deli-sliced turkey salami
- 4 oz deli-sliced turkey pepperoni
- 4–6 oz sliced smoked provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut each roll in half, apply mayonnaise on the bottom buns, and place them in an oven-safe tray.
- Bake the bottom buns for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, chop the deli meats and heat them in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, red onion, dill pickles, banana peppers, and dressing; mix well.
- Layer provolone cheese on the toasted bottom buns, followed by the heated meat mixture. Cover with the top buns.
