  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickled banana peppers
  • 3 tbsp zesty dressing
  • 4 oz deli-sliced turkey
  • 4 oz deli-sliced turkey salami
  • 4 oz deli-sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 46 oz sliced smoked provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut each roll in half, apply mayonnaise on the bottom buns, and place them in an oven-safe tray.
  3. Bake the bottom buns for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. While baking, chop the deli meats and heat them in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, red onion, dill pickles, banana peppers, and dressing; mix well.
  6. Layer provolone cheese on the toasted bottom buns, followed by the heated meat mixture. Cover with the top buns.
  7. Mix melted butter and Italian seasoning; brush over top buns.
  8. Bake for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  9. Spread the salad mixture over the meat layer before serving.
