Ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- ¾ cup tomato paste
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake potatoes for about an hour until tender.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until meat is browned.
