  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces imitation crab (flake-style, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped imitation crab, sliced green onion, soy sauce, minced garlic, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth.
  2. Place one tablespoon of the filling on each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold them into a pouch shape, sealing tightly.
  3. Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pan to 350°F. Fry the wontons in batches for about three minutes until golden brown.
