Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow macaroni or cellentani pasta
- 5 tablespoons butter (divided)
- 16 oz cooked lobster meat
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2–3 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded fontina cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmigiano Reggiano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat, add lobster meat and Old Bay seasoning, cooking until heated through.
- In another pot, melt the remaining butter, whisk in flour and gradually add milk while stirring until thickened. Add cream, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cheeses until smooth.
