  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (chopped)
  • 7 oz sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
  • 1 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Basil for garnish

Instructions
