- 20 Ritz crackers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup diced yellow onions
- 21 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup (2 x 10.5 oz cans)
- 0.87 oz brown gravy mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, onion soup mix, and milk.
- Crush Ritz crackers in a Ziploc bag and add to the mixture; blend well.
- Shape mixture into patties and brown in olive oil over medium-high heat for about 6 minutes total.
- Layer diced onions in the crock pot and place patties on top.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy mix, and beef broth in a bowl; pour over patties.
- Cook on LOW for approximately 4 hours.
- Thicken sauce with corn starch mixed with water; return patties to crock pot for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
