Description

  • 12 Kings Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 pound sliced turkey
  • 1 pound pre-cooked pulled chicken
  • 56 dill pickles (sliced lengthwise)
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Split the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Spread yellow mustard evenly over the bottom buns.
  4. Layer sliced turkey on top, followed by pulled chicken and dill pickle slices. Top with Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the buns over the fillings.
  6. In a bowl, mix melted butter with kosher salt, minced garlic, and fresh parsley.
  7. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly; remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes for a golden finish.
  9. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
