Ingredients
- 12 Kings Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 pound sliced turkey
- 1 pound pre-cooked pulled chicken
- 5–6 dill pickles (sliced lengthwise)
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Split the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread yellow mustard evenly over the bottom buns.
- Layer sliced turkey on top, followed by pulled chicken and dill pickle slices. Top with Swiss cheese.
- Place the top half of the buns over the fillings.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with kosher salt, minced garlic, and fresh parsley.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly; remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes for a golden finish.
