  • 14 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can (10¾ ounces) cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can (10¾ ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
  • 23 cups shredded Mexican cheese
  • Optional: taco seasoning
  • Toppings: sour cream, diced green onions, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado or guacamole, salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies; cook until bubbly.
  4. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  5. Layer half of the Doritos at the bottom of the dish; add half of the meat mixture and sprinkle with one cup of shredded cheese.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining Doritos, meat mixture, and cheese.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
