Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 large white onion (diced)
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup beef broth
- 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, yellow mustard
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and toast the uncooked gnocchi for about 2 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
- Increase heat to medium-high; add ground beef and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cumin, smoked paprika, mustard, and garlic until combined. Cook until beef is fully cooked.
