Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds chicken tenderloins
- ½ cup olive oil
- juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ cucumber
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- white or whole wheat pita bread
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic, and other marinade ingredients. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
