Ingredients

Scale

For the Fluff Base:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or 5% for creaminess)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

For Topping & Serving (Optional):

  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • Crushed graham crackers or granola

  • Mini dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs

  • Sliced almonds or chopped nuts

  • Sugar-free whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Soften the Cream Cheese

  1. Leave the cream cheese out at room temperature for 15–20 minutes or microwave for 10 seconds to soften.

  2. This helps it blend smoothly into the yogurt for that creamy texture.

Step 2: Whip the Fluff Base
3. In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt.
4. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
5. Add protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
6. Beat again until light and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.

Step 3: Taste & Adjust
7. Taste the fluff and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or a few drops of liquid stevia.
8. If it’s too thick, add a tablespoon of milk or almond milk to loosen it slightly.

Step 4: Chill & Serve
9. Spoon the cheesecake fluff into individual serving cups or bowls.
10. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for best texture, or enjoy immediately if you can’t wait!
11. Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers for crunch.

Notes

Use Full-Fat Dairy – For the richest flavor and texture, 2% or whole Greek yogurt and cream cheese work best.
Choose a Good Protein Powder – Use one with a smooth texture and a flavor you enjoy.
Mix Until Smooth – Beat until no lumps remain for the best fluff consistency.
Chill for Texture – Resting in the fridge helps it firm up and taste even better.
Customize Freely – Add cocoa powder for chocolate cheesecake, lemon zest for a citrus twist, or swirl in nut butter.
