- 3 15oz. cans cannellini beans
- 2 cups vegetable (or chicken) broth
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
- freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend one can of cannellini beans with its liquid until smooth; drain the remaining cans.
- In a soup pot, sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant (about 1 minute).
