- 4 Tbs Vegan Butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 3 Tbs granulated sugar
- 3 Tbs light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup finely ground almond flour
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (can also use GF all-purpose flour)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup praline pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, light brown sugar, almond flour, all-purpose flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Melt vegan butter in a microwave-safe bowl and mix in almond and vanilla extracts.
