  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • Pepperjack cheese slices

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with diced onion, breadcrumbs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using). Mix gently.
  3. Shape the mixture into four patties about ¾ inch thick.
