  • 2 cups white whole wheat flour

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, applesauce, milk, honey, and vanilla. Slowly whisk in the melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients; stir gently until just combined (some lumps are fine).
  5. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Use a scant ¼ cup of batter for each pancake, cooking until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
