For Homemade Salted Caramel (Optional):

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Base
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, caramel sauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or salt if needed.

Step 2: Add Protein (Optional)
If using, blend in your protein powder for an extra nutritional boost.

Step 3: Transfer and Freeze
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Smooth the top with a spatula and cover.
