- 1 batch of Homemade BBQ Sauce
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 4 brioche buns
- Softened butter
- Green leaf lettuce
- Sliced mozzarella cheese
- Crispy turkey turkey bacon
- Red onions (sliced)
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon hot chilli powder
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place chicken on the baking sheet and season both sides with the spice mix.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and coat each chicken breast with BBQ sauce; bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Increase heat to 475°F (245°C), add more BBQ sauce to the chicken, and bake for another 5 minutes.
