- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 ounces cream cheese (cut into cubes and softened)
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 18 small whole grain tortillas

Instructions

- Warm tortillas in the microwave until soft. Spoon about ¼ cup of the filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
