- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Cornstarch
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Cooked Rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- In one bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and white pepper; in another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pot to around 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; heat until thickened.
- Toss fried chicken in the sauce until well coated and serve over cooked rice.
