  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Cooked Rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and white pepper; in another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pot to around 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  6. In a saucepan, combine honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; heat until thickened.
  7. Toss fried chicken in the sauce until well coated and serve over cooked rice.
