  • 16 ounces cremini mushrooms (cut into thick slices)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • ¾ cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 ¾ cups low sodium beef broth (divided)

Instructions

  1. Press the sauté button on the Instant Pot. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in butter, onion, and mushrooms; sauté until softened (about 4-5 minutes).
  3. Add garlic and flour; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of broth, stirring to deglaze the pot.
  5. Add remaining broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and noodles; ensure noodles are submerged.
  6. Close lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
  7. After cooking, let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes before venting.
  8. If noodles are uncooked on top, stir gently and allow to rest before mixing in yogurt.
