- 3 ¾ cups low sodium beef broth (divided)
Instructions
- Press the sauté button on the Instant Pot. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in butter, onion, and mushrooms; sauté until softened (about 4-5 minutes).
- Add garlic and flour; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Pour in 1 cup of broth, stirring to deglaze the pot.
- Add remaining broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and noodles; ensure noodles are submerged.
- Close lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
- After cooking, let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes before venting.
- If noodles are uncooked on top, stir gently and allow to rest before mixing in yogurt.
