  • 7 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Italian stewed tomatoes with juice
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies and juice
  • 1 (12 oz) bag of tri-color spiral pasta
  • 16 ounces cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp fresh basil
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Gather and measure all ingredients.
  2. In the Instant Pot, combine chicken or vegetable broth, petite diced tomatoes, Italian stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, tri-color pasta, cheese, milk, fresh basil, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Close the lid securely and set to cook on high pressure for about 10 minutes.
