  • 1 1/2 lbs jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 orange bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 6 oz parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp roasted garlic powder
  • 1 3/4 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 3/4 tsp OliveNation red bell pepper seasoning
  • 1 1/4 tsp OliveNation Hungarian paprika
  • 1/8 tsp OliveNation ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil gluten-free fusilli according to package instructions until al dente (8–10 minutes).
  2. In a bowl, coat shrimp with jerk seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook seasoned shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until slightly pink. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté sliced peppers until translucent (about 3 minutes).
  5. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, remaining seasoning, and stir well.
  6. Incorporate parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted into the sauce.
  7. Mix in cooked pasta and shrimp; stir until combined and heated through.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.
