- 12 oz gluten-free fusilli
- 1 1/2 lbs jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 orange bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 6 oz parmesan cheese
- 3 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp roasted garlic powder
- 1 3/4 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 3/4 tsp OliveNation red bell pepper seasoning
- 1 1/4 tsp OliveNation Hungarian paprika
- 1/8 tsp OliveNation ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Boil gluten-free fusilli according to package instructions until al dente (8–10 minutes).
- In a bowl, coat shrimp with jerk seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook seasoned shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until slightly pink. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté sliced peppers until translucent (about 3 minutes).
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, remaining seasoning, and stir well.
- Incorporate parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted into the sauce.
- Mix in cooked pasta and shrimp; stir until combined and heated through.
