Ingredients

Scale

For the Dip:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • ¼ cup key lime juice (freshly squeezed or bottled)

  • 1 tsp lime zest (plus extra for garnish)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

For Garnish & Serving:

  • Crushed graham crackers

  • Lime zest and lime slices

  • Whipped cream (optional)

  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • Graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or shortbread cookies for dipping

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Cream Base

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and continue to beat until fully combined and silky.

  3. Add the Greek yogurt (or sour cream), vanilla extract, lime zest, and key lime juice. Mix well until everything is well blended and the texture is light and fluffy.

  4. Taste the dip—if you prefer it sweeter, mix in the powdered sugar one tablespoon at a time.

Step 2: Chill the Dip

  1. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and firm up the texture.

Step 3: Garnish and Serve

  1. Before serving, sprinkle crushed graham crackers and a bit of extra lime zest on top.

  2. Add a dollop of whipped cream and a thin lime slice for presentation, if desired.

  3. Serve with an assortment of dippers like graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit.

Notes

Use Room Temperature Cream Cheese – This ensures a smooth and creamy texture.
Chill for Maximum Flavor – Letting the dip rest in the fridge enhances its citrus notes.
Fresh Lime Juice is Best – Bottled is fine in a pinch, but fresh key limes offer unbeatable flavor.
Serve Cold – This dip tastes best when served chilled straight from the fridge.
