- 3/4 cup dry white grape juice
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups cooked lobster, chopped
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
- 12 ounces cheese ravioli
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced shallot and sauté for about 3 minutes until soft; then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in dried thyme and basil, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in dry white grape juice, stirring with a wooden spoon for about 1–2 minutes.
- Gradually add heavy cream along with Old Bay seasoning; whisk to combine and bring to a simmer. Cook for approximately 10 minutes until thickened slightly.
- While the sauce simmers, prepare ravioli according to package instructions and set aside.
- Incorporate the cooked lobster into the sauce, cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed before removing from heat.
- Serve over ravioli and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
