1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

-
1 cup ricotta cheese
-
1 cup sour cream
-
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Topping:
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Chopped parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Step 2: Cook the Meat Sauce
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or chicken over medium heat until fully cooked.
Drain excess grease, then stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes to blend the flavors. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Mix the Creamy Cheese Filling
In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
Mix until smooth and creamy. This is your “million dollar” cheese layer!
Step 4: Layer the Casserole
Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Layer half the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
Spread all of the creamy cheese mixture over the ravioli.
Top with half of the remaining meat sauce.
Add the rest of the ravioli and finish with the remaining meat sauce.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Step 5: Bake
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use Frozen Ravioli – No need to thaw; it bakes perfectly in the oven.
Swap the Protein – Try ground turkey or plant-based crumbles for variation.
Make It Spicy – Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat sauce.
Boost the Flavor – Stir in a spoonful of pesto to the cheese mixture for an herbaceous twist.
Don’t Overbake – Bake just until golden and bubbly for the creamiest texture.
