Ingredients

  • ½ pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup mixed frozen vegetables
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 tubs (32 oz each) premade mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add garlic powder, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Cook until heated through and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough and cut into circles using a biscuit cutter; place each circle in a muffin cup.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture into each cup, then top with mashed potatoes.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
