  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Heat a large soup pot over medium heat; add chicken sausage and cook until browned. Remove from pot.
  2. In the same pot, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and water; stir to combine.
  4. Add browned sausage and sliced potatoes; bring to a simmer for about 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  5. Meanwhile, cook turkey turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy; chop into small pieces.
  6. Once potatoes are soft, stir in chopped turkey turkey bacon, kale, and cream; season with salt and pepper.
