- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 diced onion
- 2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Italian seasoning
- Minced garlic
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Drain excess grease and stir in minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and elbow macaroni. Mix well.
- Place bay leaves on top and allow to bubble before reducing heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is cooked through.
- Remove bay leaves before serving. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and enjoy hot.
