- 1/2 cup heavy cream or whole milk
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and sear for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion for 2–3 minutes until soft; add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Stir in rice and toast for 1–2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, and cayenne until smooth.
