- Béchamel sauce ingredients: ½ cup butter (unsalted), ½ cup all-purpose flour, 4½ cups milk (2%), 2 large eggs, 2 egg yolks, ¾ cup Kefalotyri Greek cheese (or Parmesan, grated)
